What if my property get’s damaged by the tenants?

All damage will be paid for by the tenant, which is made clear in our tenancy agreement

Who will I deal with on a day-to-day basis?

We feel it’s important that our landlords deal with the same person and not a different member of staff each time they get in touch. You would therefore be allocated your own property manager who knows your property, to be your single point of contact.

Do you handle out of hours emergencies?

Yes. If your tenant has a property-related emergency outside of office ours, they can call our 24/7 maintenance team.

What contractors do you use to deal with property issues?

We work with a selection of local contractors, many of which we’ve worked with for years. Over that time, they have consistently proven themselves to be reliable and good value and unlike some other property management companies, we don’t add a commission on top of the contactors’ fees. You only pay what the contractor charges.
